I picked this medallion up not too long ago thinking fake or not I liked the appearance. It looks like a Germanicus Dupondius (RIC 56). Is it possible it may be real and someone has attached a loop? Thanks

After comparing your medal to some other examples (ancient coin forum),It looks like yours is a replica.....Maybe someone else can verify this!
