Will there be more of a demand for the Black label or the Blue label?
Will it make a difference?

Blue label has a extremely low mintage compare to black label for the uncirculated silver coins.

But if you are talking about specifically about the black label reverse silver proof then its hands down the winner

IN MY OPINION...

As far as I can tell, these coins are both uncirculated. Looks like you can still buy the raw 2006 W coins from the mint for $19.95

I picked up 2 of them. They are being "minted to demand".

I saw a MS70 on ebay for like 499.99. That is just crazy because this "W" unc Eagle is the same coin in the 3 coin 20th Anniversary sets. They have not been available in quantity to order because they first had to fill the 250,000 3 coin sets. The mint states clear that these will be minted to demand.

I think auction prices will show that the blue label will bring higher prices. The blue label is for the unc W from the gold/silver set. Some think that is more rare since there were only 20,000 sets. I have a feeling that the unc W singles, once they are released and get graded, will have no color on the label (normal NGC tan/white) to distinguish them from the black and blue.

People will create their own market.
It's the same coin people ...but it won't matter to some.

Well the real question will be, what price will collectors put on the blue label gold and silver set ASE. Since only 20,000 of the sets were made, how much of a premium do you put on that, verses the same exact coins purchased individually for much less money?

Same with the 3 coin silver set. The reverse proof is what makes that set, but the other two coins will have millions minted. The black label will be what separates these from the other coins. I guess the market will tell us in the next few years.

The real rarity will be the ASE's still in the original mint packaging (not re-stuffed sets with low-quality coins). From what I have read here and elsewhere seems just about everyone is sending their sets in to be slabbed in hopes of the "perfect" coin. You will see ebay flooded with ms and pf 68's, 69's while the original sets will become fewer and fewer and will eventually be highly sought after. A very limited set to begin with.
