My guess is MS66 FB Although some of my "deductions" may be on the capsule

MS 67 FB is about right. Price of FB can easily double the coin value.

On the reverse the scratch over "A" in AMERICA and scuffing below the middle band may be on the holder. If that's the case, perhaps a regrade is in order. [Edit] It's in the Safe dep. box right now.

I would send it in for regrade. Is the green holder the older generation? graders are more conservative back than. Its about $200 differences in 66 - 67.
