I think this coin has "9" over "0", but there is no similar variety in the catalogue.
Any opinion will be helpful, especially if someone has this coin in collection.

I see what you mean..that's interesting! I specialize in overdates, and have a few from Danmark.
I don't see any overdates for 1898 listed; does the curve look a bit too tight for a 0?
Perhaps it was an 8, or another digit is possible; I'll give this some thought.
