You said what is the oldest Mint. The Phily one started in the 1792 era but there were many other Mints prior to that one but not necessarily a US Mint. For example the Colonial Issues were in the 1653 to aout 1660 in Massachusetts. Many other Mintages from the Colonial Issues were abundant in the 1650's to the 1790's eras. There were New Hamphshire coins dated 1776. However, the first real USA coins were the Phily ones.

Another way to look at it is the oldest still standing. In that case it would be New Orleans. Philadelphia started first but the 1792 and 1833 buildings are gone. The 1837 New Orleans Mint still stands. The Charlotte and Dahlonega mints of 1838 still stand (but one of them burned and was rebuilt) After that you have the Second San Francisco and the Carson City mints from 1870. I don't believe any of the colonial mints are still standing.

HOWEVER, does the Wampum our American Indians used count? I eralize there probably was no Indian Mint but what if there was and just no records? Could a WigWam have been stamping out Beaver Pelts and then that would have been the first mint here. However, though not a USA Mint.
