1991 Penny With 90 Degree Rotated Die

I have heard of this occurring from time to time, and I'm wondering if anyone has seen something similar to this 1991. A full ninety degree rotation would seem to be extremely rare. I have never seen or heard of one from the 1990s, especially with the 12-sided strikes! Awesome find!!
