Looks real to me, since there is some blakesley effect and there is some letter stretching in UNUM, but it does look like this is some post mint damage too.

I seem to find many neat errors/varieties that are on ugly coins.

here is one I found just before Christmas....

I couldn't believe this clip was that old, but this is proof that they are out there....

and in pretty good shape....
