There appears to be a piece of another column between the 10th and 11th columns. Is this worth anything? Or is it some kind of PMD?

I think it's part of the normal design that was polished (abraded) away.

It's raised about as much as the column... I rubbed it with my finger cause I thought it was dirt or some sort of gunk

If you mean that dot in the second to last bay it's not part of a column or PMD.It's probably a die gouge or a plating problem and not worth a premium

Check out the 1994 DDR which shows an extra column between 11 & 12. That is a popular find.
