jprine: is BBVA Compass the same bank you are talking about. I just looked and there is one like 13 miles from me. they give you the plastic bank bags for free, and you can deposit as much as you want? how much do you dump, and how long does it take to credit the amount into your account?

I use the plastic Coin-Lok bags, and a nice cloth bag given to me by a vault teller.
Remember not to dump where you eat!

My credit union cringes when I bring my wheel barrow in the joint! Seems like all of the tellers go on break at the same time! Whoever is slowest gets to "deal" with me. They have a coin machine in the lobby for me to make my deposit, they don't take rolls anymore, not even bank wrapped ones! Break 'em and sort 'em through the counter. Then I pick-up another box (or two), and wheel 'em out. Catch ya later!

I use the boxes the coins come in. If I don't have any boxes I use canvas coin bags.

I use a spare laptop bag. It's got a shoulder strap.

I might look like I'm going to rob the place, but I'm not overly concerned...because I'm not.

On my way to the change machine, I usually grab a chair from wherever so that I can set the bag on it.

Returned over $300 in change yesterday. I always withdraw money at the same time so it looks like I was saving for a big purchase.

I'm lucky, I have probably 15 branches within 30 miles of my house, and I do a lot of random travelling...so I combine trips. I'm in need of more pennies though. I usually roll search at night when I'm at work and there is nothing to do. My last penny purchases have all been 2011-P's. SUCK!

sell those boxes for a profit. I always love getting 2011's for the quick easy profit.

from someone that used to run 20 to 60 rolls a day, I never took them to any bank cause they told me I had to have an account to use their machine. But, I found that at most Wal-Marts, in the service center area, their are Coinstar coin counting machines that charge a few cents on the dollar, and counts and totals all of whatever denominations you put in, takes it's few cents/dollar, and spits out a reciept that any cashier will cash out for you! and trust me, there's better things to do than to roll up $10-$30 worth of pnnies!.....Like "GO THROUGH MORE ROLLS!!"

How much does it take of if you put like $50 in the coinstar coin counting machine
