Pulled these from the album and scanned them to get a closer look at condition. Have been packed away for years. Would just soaking them do harm to bring a little more detail out?

I would put them in acetone, especially the 1920. It would help get the green spots off the reverse and possibly the black stuff off the obverse. Then rinse them in distilled water and pat dry, don't rub.

The 1920 looks to be a VG-F...worth only .25C - .50C
The 1921 looks to be a F-VF...worth only $1 - $2

Soaking them won't add much to their value.

current color says they have already been cleaned
