BTW, yes you can chase the image link and cheat, but where's the fun in that?

I will say MS-65, I had a 65 until I started upgrading everything (and yours looks close to what it looked like if memory serves me correctly) and bought a 67 to replace it with. The 80,81,82-S Morgans are the only ones I can afford in MS67-68 condition

The devices are beautiful. I'd call it a top-tier 65, but I could see it in a 66 slab. The fields are just a little chattery for me to be willing to go to 66 on it.

Gorgeous coin. Yes, yes I would, without hesitation.

it looks like a NGC slab, I guess I can throw 1879-S in those affordable dates in 67-68 also considering I do have one of them in 68

Fred called it out 65, poss 66 in another thread too.

All I can say is, wow, you guys are WICKED sharp.

NGC MS65, and one of the reasons I jumped on it, same as you, I considered it a borderline 66. Good eyes guys.

That is a beautiful coin! I was thinking 65 also, but I tend to be a little more harsh than others, but the cheek being so clean is rare to see. And the breast feathers are well struck as well. I like it!
