Sorry the images are not the best. But it is a copper coin with the wolf and Romelus and Romus suckling. The wolf is facing right.
Any assistance to ID this coin will be appreciated and also advise on if it is fake or not.

I think your coin might be:

Valerian I, Alexandria Troas, 253-260 AD, Æ 19mm, 4.78g,
OBV: IMP LICINI VALERIANV, Laureate draped and cuirassed bust right
REV: COLAVG, TRO in Exergue, She-wolf standing right, suckling the twins Romulus and Remus. (the one on wildwinds has IMP LIC VALERIAN for the Obv. legend).

But perhaps this one depending on the size.

Severus Alexander, Thyateira, wolf and twins_AE25
20 views
25mm, 8.73g
obv: AVT K CEV ALEÎ-ANÎ"POC; laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind
rev: ΘVA-TEIP-HNΩN, She-wolf standing right, looking back at suckling twins.

Or this similar one AE22:

Again check the size.
Your coin is probably real...well corroded....can't read much legend in the photo but maybe you can with coin in hand.
