I found this coin back in the mid 80's when I searching coins at my parents laundrymat. Been searching on the net but have not come up with anything showing another one.

I don't think there was any damage in that spot. The upper part of the "C" that you can see is not even shaped correctly and there is nothing but smooth surface where the lower part should be. It is hard to show it in the picture. But I could be wrong.

the C is damage, its not an error, trust me, there was no mistake in the die making process that made a C on the reverse.
