As per my previous post,

1918-UK-Shilling-Pressing-Error?as a newbie, I am seeking advice on another coin I have been given.
The letters "Shilling" appear to be pressed further in to the metal as there is a distinct lip/step between the "one" which shows wear, and "Shilling" which is still well defined. The other side of the coin is free from any defects. The green marks on the photo are crayon, which has been removed since the photo was take,
What is the technical term for this, and could you please let me know if this adds any value to the worth of the coin?
Rest in Peace

I think you have a retained die break, or Cud, at 7 oclock. No die there put no pressure between the words, where it would normally push the background lower.

acetone, let it soak.
