1893-B 20 Rappen Swiss Coin: MD Or Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

Per http://www.ngccoin.com/poplookup/Wo...oinid=150810 I could not see any varieties for this year but new discoveries can happen... A secondary request would be to find out the grade of this coin. If Switzerland is the norm for 1893, the date was impressed last and wouldn't be subject to double-hubbing. It doesn't look like a repunched date to my eyes, so my guess would be MD.
