Can you take a close look at the date. Does it have an overdate, 2 over 1, 0 over 9? I can't tell from the photo. Details are VG.

KK - It does not appear to be an overdate. Thanks

Ok, no overdate so N.1, N.2 & N.3 are eliminated. It's a curly Top 2 so n.10 through 14 are eliminated (Club top 2).

So we are now left with N.4 through N.9 & N.15. It doesn't look like I can use the SHILL diagnostic (Stray Hair In the Lowest Lock) because it is too worn. Let see what else we got.

N.4 out
N.5 Possible
N.6 out
N.7 out
N.8 out
N.9 out
N.15 out

So it looks like you have an N.5 based on the diagnostics I could see:

OBV.:

1) Base of "T" in Liberty sits on hair
2) small date

Rev.:

1) First leaf diagnostic is near center (NC) of "D" in United
2) Second leaf diagnostic is slightly past center (SPC) of the last "S" in States
3) Third leaf diagnostic is near center of the (NC) "F" in OF
4) Fourth leaf diagnostic is at the center of the "C" in America

That's the best I can do without having the coin in front of me. Maybe some CCF member can pick up on something I missed. This would make it a rarity 3. Condition is an issue. Looks bent around stars 4-5?
