I would say low VERY FINE. Yours has the same break (lower leg) in the L of LIBERTY mine does;

I was thinking VF also when I saw this one in the main coin forum. Old cleaning, now retoned. Congratulations on filling another spot in your album!

1835 Cohen-1. "ST" in states is spaced apart. I would say VF-30.
