Looks nice. I don't see any marks at all. There is some strike weakness on the lower reverse as is often the case, and a few toning spots on the obverse, but I would say MS-64 overall.

The coin looks very clean. This looks like it is at least a 65. I was wondering what the cause of those parallel line on the obverse is?

I think it's at least a 65, that's a gorgeous coin. No marks at all!

I would say it is at least a 65, with a shot at 66.

I have to be honest Adam, that is a scary purchase for $300 imho. This is a very common coin, and it does not take much to hold it back from a $300 coin to a $40 coin if bought raw. The brilliance of the luster in hand will also make a difference in the gem grades. Here is my example that was NGC MS-63, and it doesn't have much in the way of marks, but a few toning spots. Yours looks nicer than mine, but it's a big gamble imho from those pictures. Do you have the ability to return it?

yeah, I can return it.
but I was thinking the same thing, its probably a 65, so I'm the most I could loose is $100, but I think it could be a 66, so I could gain $100. and then I could be totally off and get a 64, in which case I loose about $200(which probably wont happen). or I could be totally off the other way and gain about $1700(which also probably wont happen).
i also really like this coin, so that factor was added in.

When you get the coin in hand, be sure to take some good pictures, and post them here before sending it in for grading.
