I have this arabic coin and a friend who can say the meaning of the word in arabic but cannot translate it to english.

He could be wrong but he wrote down this:

Al Rannan Hor Yaja (or Yasa)

If anyone can translate the coin, I already have 2 posts on it here:

This is an Iranian( Persian ) token, more used as new year gift .The inscription on it is Arabic : Ya Sahib Al Zaman .
Ya is interjection in Arabic , Sahib Al Zaman is trait of 12th Imam of Shia in Islam, it means Owner of time in English !
your friend should practice more on Arabic .

Yes , I'm not a perfect transalator and I'm not Arab too .
Master of the Era is more close than owner of time but owner is exact mean of Sahib

Well I think I can help with the translation issue .....

The Owner of time is correct

Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥasan al-Mahdī (born c. July 29, 869; 15 Sha‘bān 255 AH) is believed by Twelver Shī‘a Muslims to be the Mahdī, an ultimate savior of humankind and the final Imām of the Twelve Imams.

10xloupe: a pic of the other side would be helpful, unless both sides are the same ..... if so, this is not a coin ... it is a Token
