I would guess EF-40.

My initial reaction was ef, but between the chinstrap and feather tips, I'm saying vf.

It's a bit better than XF-40 for detail IMO, but with the chin scratch (if its that obvious) 40 is a fair net grade IMO.

Full bands on "Liberty", both lower and upper, strong strike on both obverse and reverse, light wear on reverse, and hair on the obverse.

I am going out on a limb and stray away from the crowd going to say XF-45 with scratch and possibly AU-50 without.

That is a very nice addition to your set. Where did you
pick it up at?
