I'm searching and I see this coin. It shows a line between the E and the are in LIBERTY. Doesn't look like damage. I have an arrow pointing to it. Sorry from the scanner kinda not the greatest.

Looks like just damage. You can see where the area was hit
by the indent and where a little bit of the metal was pushed up above it.

Looks like a chip. I posted one here a long time ago. It was left of the "B" in liberty.
