Today was a nice sunny day so I took pics of unusual coins.
Can you tell me if this coin is an error, what has happened to it?
This is a really weird 20c coin.
There is a Cud or extra part to the bottom of this coin, it also has a weak picture, complete with an unusual textured surface.

What does the edge look like? Any trace of milling? Any evidence of a seam? Because it looks for all the world like a cast fake.

But who would make a cast fake 20 cents?
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

I would say some sort of environmental damage, but acid does sound on target.
