Found Some Differnt 2008 Oklahoma Quarters Today

Ok, I just came across a possible error in the Oklahoma quarter today.
i had some in an envalope sense they came out, found them and started looking them over and I have 3 with an extra feather on right wing or its a starting of another wing because it goes from tip to body..out of 2 rools I got three like this and 1 die clash..i searched ebay and only found the die clash..no other errors.could this be a missed error all this time..i scanned in a good one with the error one..dont know how the pics will look for you.if they suck I will get a good cam and take new pics..the error I see is the whole width of the right wing..let me know what you think. if these pics suck as much as I think they do, I will try and get better ones..its the coin on the right, look at tip goes up the whole wing to body..

Better images would help to determine what to look at.
