It's a counterstamp. A lot of conspiracy theorists love comparing the life and times of Kennedy to Lincoln

The coin isn't worthy anything extra however some people do collect these and you could get a buck for it

I agree with GO, it's a counterstamp. Type in Lincoln Kennedy penny on ebay and you can see others for sale. Some have the story with them on how the two are similar. So it is pretty much a conversation piece IMO.
