Grades for this one? Birthday gift from a family member. Actually I feel a little guilty trying to monotize it. What's the old saying about looking a gift horse in the mouth? Fantastic gift though and greatly appreciated no matter what the grade. I would put it at MS63.

I'm inclined to agree with the 63. Keep in mind, given the nature of photography, I'm guessing that the hits on the cheek which appear "darker" here will be far less evident in-hand. Only the brighter ones should appear to the eye to be problems.
