I liked this coin a lot because of the , what I think are die cracks on the reverse, at the 1:00 o'clock and 6:00(the 6:00 oclock is not very noticeable in the pic.) Thanks in advance

Closer pics would be necessary to be sure, but at least the 1 o'clock mark appears to be a die crack. Usually die cracks do not really affect the value of a coin, and 3 cent nickels (pretty much any US coin made of nickel) often have die cracks due to the hardness of the metal.

I would put it closer to VF30, the reverse holds it back from 35 IMHO.
