I am gonna guess F-12 on the 2 cent and VG-10 on the 3 cent.

I'd say VG-8 on the 2 cent because of the heavy wear on the shield, arrows and leaves, and I can't tell if any of the WE is showing, The 3 cent nickel is nice. I'd say a VF-35 as the lines on the III show strong unbroken vertical lines and light wear on the leaves and ribbon.

A strait on shot from the top of each coin would help, but you know that.

Just my guesses, I'm not a real coin grader and I can't see as much of the coin as I really need.
