Beautiful coin, sharply struck, with apparent light wear over high points of hair, feather tips, and leaf tips. This should be a lustrous coin but the images don't seem to show it. Assuming the appropriate amount of luster is present the coin should make AU-55.

Nice one. I actually have an ANACS AU-55 $3 gold piece to directly compare to. Looks about the same in overall detail, though I'm not getting a clear read on the luster. It's scary buying these raw, but yours looks genuine from the pics to me.

its a pretty coin and has nice luster. Not sure how to capture it with my camera but I am working on it
