Hello,
Can someone help me to identify this token,

Japanese?-Chinese? Era? Used for?
32 mm or 1 1/4'' in diameter. 5.9 grams.
I believed it's made of lead or aluminum
photo attached.

I would assume "1970" is the date.

As to origin and purpose, no idea. Perhaps a game piece of some kind?
