I was wondering if there is any collectors value other than the melt value. I thought I would share this will yall. Not sure what its worth either I know it has a lot of silver being a 1964 but any other info would be awesome!

Worth about $13 for silver melt value.

When JFK was shot this country mourned terribly. He was a beloved president.
When this coin came out everybody snatched them up and many high grade pieces are available.
Most of them are only worth melt value let alone circulated issues. Your coin will probably always only be worth melt,
which isn't a bad thing at all. I'm a big fan of all Kennedy's especially the 90% coins.

NGC suggest its worth about $16 in XF conditions.

In XF this is just a melt value coin, it has no collectors premium in anything less than a high end Unc condition.

When and if the Silver price boom fades away, that will still be a collectable coin. And so called MELT prices are a bit over stated since finding someone to pay that price is rather tuff. Dealers that buy a coin for so called melt prices do not pay melt prices since they too want to make a profit.
