So I have the opportunity to purchase this coin. I am not sure what grade it would be or what the going rate for this type of coin is. I've searched on ebay and it seems like some of them are going for pretty high. Sorry for the not so great pics but I had a less than ideal setup.
I went to buy some other coins from him that were from Newfoundland. Apparently his father was stationed there during WWII. I bought them for a fair price. I offered him $10.00 for this one because I wasn't sure with the older coins. He said he thought it maybe worth more and I told him I would ask some people who were more knowledgeable and make him another offer.
