Went to my local USPS store the other day to buy stamps. While talking to the guy I asked if he had any dollar coins. He stated: "We're required to have them on hand" and gave me 8 he had in the register. I was looking to get a Presidential dollar Coin folder up to date because I wasn't collecting when that started. Hard to find them in good shape unless dispensed from a change machine, though. Have not seen a native coin in circulation at all. :(
