The oldest coin I currently have in my possession is this VERY worn 1874 GB Penny  For now this is my oldest...But I have ordered an ancient Gallienus coin. This is from the Roman Empire and dates from 253-268 A.D This will most definitely take over my oldest coin slot when it gets here.

Ancient Greek: Mysia - Parion, silver 1/3 silver stater, about 480 BC. 3.1 grams, S. 3917/8. Obverse: Gorgon face Reverse: incuse cross in square.
One of a hoard that originally came onto the ancient numismatic market in 2006.
