I think this is a coin from Thailand but the thing is I don't have a date on it and I also want to know it's composition. It sounds like silver to me but you cannot be to sure. pictures posted below. someone please help.

If it has a date it will have the date written in Thai. The photo is too small to see if it does or not.

The date is at the bottom of the reverse, which is the lower pic you've posted - however, the pic is upside-down, so the date is at the top. The denomination is 10 satang, and made of solid tin.

The date on the coin is Buddhist Era year 2493, which equates to 1950 AD. The coin is listed in the Krause world coin catalogue as number KM/Y# 73. NGC page for this coin; WCG page for this coin. However, these coins were struck from 1954 right up to 1973, all bearing the same "2493" date. There's no way to tell what year within that time period your coin was actually struck in, so in that sense you are correct in that it doesn't have a date.
