I just wish I would get mine. Checked the mint and mine is "in-stock and reserved" as well as my proof ASE's and proof sets. They must be holding the order until they ship my unc ASE's which could be next year at the rate they're going. I'm startting to get worried since all but the unc ASE's are Xmas gifts and Fri is December!!!

Mine are "in stock and reserved" also, I guess they'll ship soon. I ordered 2 of the proofs, mostly because I liked the "morgan design" on the reverse.

Be careful when you open them. I got mine last week and it popped out of the plastic casing the first time I opened it. I don't think it was damaged so I am debating whether to return it. I had assumed that the Mint had fixed their packaging problems, but apparently not.

My wife ordered a proof coin several days ago, and we are waiting for delivery.
Based on the picture posted, they are very attractive coins.

I just ordered an UNC, and it's before Dec 1st so they guarantee order fulfillment. Indeed the Reverse looks ALOT like a Morgan. Expected to ship on 12/8, 12/14, and 12/15 to me from US Mint: 2 sets ASE 20th Anniversary 2 ASE Uncirculated "W" 1 San Fransisco Unc Why can't they get the coins minted and shipped?

Hello big orange fan, If you return the coins to Tenn., I would be sure to insure it, and get a "return receipt". I returned some ASE 20th Ann. sets on 7 Nov 06 and can't get any info from the mint. I have something from the post office stating they received it, but I have called the customer service at least four times and they have no information on the return. I will have to write to Tenn I guess, so just a word to you about my bad experience (so far). I am sure that eventually I will get my replacement coins, but have a feeling I will receive back something someone else returned as damaged coins. Also like you, some of my ASE sets on arrival, had the capsules opened and the coins loose in the box. Best wishes, Berry

That is BULLCRAP. I'd be talking to supervisors at the Mint.

That's pretty amazing that sealed plastic capsules would just pop open. Sounds like their quality control process is having trouble keeping up with the volume. I'll be particularly careful from now on opening all coin shipments from the mint.

I ordered the uncirculated coin. I also will have the proof version when they ship the Legacy Set.
I just got an email from the mint today saying it (uncirculated version) was shipped today.

Received my uncirculated coin today. Its very nice. I think they skimped on the packaging though. Are the uncirculated coins always packed so cheap? It is just a sleeve over a plastic tray. I'm use to the proofs coming in a nice case.

Tpatna, you are correct that the packing is very cheap, the mint solution is that they sell very nice felt lined holders if you want something nicer. I told the customer service rep thanks, but no thanks. It is always about money. Berry
