Since these coins are so commonly counterfeited, I would definitely send it to be graded/authenticated. I can't tell how much of LIBERTY is visible, but it looks like there may be enough to make this a G6-VG8 grade. I'd need larger, clearer pics to tell.

Without authentication from a respected TPG, you will not see the best value in a sale. This is especially true if you are planning to sell it on ebay. That is by far the site that has the most counterfeits available for sale as genuine.

You can post larger pics of the coins if you crop the background and resize the coin image larger. Don't resize it so large that it doesn't stay clear, though.
Rest in Peace

I agree, this should definitely be authenticated. Many counterfeits. If genuine, I would say at least F-12.

If authentic, how much would this coin sell for? I need one for my collection. =)

In this condition probably would go for $250-$350 range, assuming it does not have evidence of cleaning. I don't see cleaning, but the photos would need to be better for that.

What's going on with the right side on the coin? Is that "staple" damage? I can't see very well.
Rest in Peace
