I do Not Know Much About Them eccept I have That same Collection they are soveneirs from the Island And I do not Believe They are worth anything. But very Neat. SORRY

Yep, they fall under the category of "tourist dollars". For some idea of the date of issue, I bought one of the Waikiki/Kamehameha ones from Honolulu airport in 1983, so I suspect they're late 1970's to early 1980's vintage.

Hawaii did make it's own coins, back in the 1800's when it was an independent kingdom, but these don't really qualify as "coins".

WSCoin.com states, "There are only 5 official coins that were issued by the Kingdom of Hawaii. These include the 1847 cent issued by King Kamehameha III and the 1883 silver dimes, quarters, halves, and dollars of King Kalakaua I which bear his portrait. The 1883 eighth dollar is a pattern, while the 1881 five cent piece was an unofficial issue. After Hawaii became a U.S. Territory in 1900, the legal tender status of these coins was removed and most were withdrawn from circulation and melted. Due to a lack of small change on the Islands the early tokens were widely accepted and circulated freely."
