MS-62, reverse is better than obverse, so maybe 63.

Outstanding luster and great reverse ... I'm betting that PCGS took some points off for the obverse bag marks on the face and left field ... I say PCGS MS63. Lovely coin. David

I would have to say 63 as well. Just too many marks on the obverse for a 64. Very Nice coin!

A lot of hits, should be MS63, probably graded at MS62.

with most of the answers so far: MS63.Great details, but too many bag marks (on Liberty's face particularly) for anything above 63.
