Although the picture is not that clear, I think it is from 1945.

Sorry for the blurry picture. It is actually a 1915. Do you know if it has any value?

This 1915 coin, slightly smaller than a USA quarter, is quite common for the date. I find these frequently in the junk foreign silver tubs I regularly paw through. Its numismatic value in average circulated condition at present market conditions is for its .900 silver content. However, buyers of silver bullion typically discount greatly, any non-USA silver coins because their silver content is inconsistent and they are time consuming and confusing to sort.
