Appears to be whizzed (cleaned with a wire brush at high speed). Net grade EF40. I am by no means an expert on grading. Hopefully some better opinions will follow.

Does seem like it may have had a light cleaning. I would guess AU53/55 details though I am not sure if it should be graded as a problem coin or not.

Does look to have been cleaned at one time..i wish people would stop trying to make coins look shiny..i have taught my four year old granddaughter never to rub coins..she likes to sit with me when I'm looking through my coins..although she does want to spend them..LOL
