The surface of the dime, both sides,funny surface. The reverse even has areas that look like scales. The word dime looks bloated. What happenedWhats-Going-On-With-This-Dime? I feel like I see some doubling on the obverse (mostly in GOD), better wait for the experts opinions

Very Very Very Late Die State, doubling was caused by severe Die Deterioration.
