Current spot price for common circ 90% is ~28x face value with silver dollars 1-2x face value higher.

So is ~28x face value the Current dealer spot price paid for common circ 90% , because that would be $2.80 for a dime that contains $3 of silver

You are correct, 28x face would be the upper limit for a current dealer buy price based on $42/oz.

I usually multiply the current spot by .72 to get very close for 90%.
