No wonder US coins are so hard to find. You bought them all. We are going to have to stop you at the border if you keep on doing that. If you do, you'll hear more and more people say, hurry, hide all the coins, here he comes again. And not just US coins but you got a real assorment there. Congradulations. What towns and/or states did you go to? Not sure about the $ after the price. Mostly here in the USA people print $5 not 5$. No bit thing since everyone knows tne $ means dollars.

Thanks, We visited Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I loved every State!
Sorry to the people of the south, the lowest I visited was Wilmington, NC, and I was burnt to a crisp, last year. I think that is the most southern state I will ever want to visit after such an incident!
PS:The sun was so strong that it burnt right through the sunscreen and shade!

Quote: You got some great deals, especially on the silver. Thanks, the guys at that shop there were great, selling very good coins for very good prices. Sold the half and the dollar for base value, selling wheat pennies for 3 cents, I found that BU 1958 D, he gave it to me.(One of those guys was from Lithuania, my sister went crazy). Another man we went for directions, but also asked if he had coins. I chose three, he was asking 45$, I was like ...45 BUCKS, obviously some of these coins he was selling randomly at high prices, so after grueling minutes of thinking he cracked and gave me six coins :Abraham Lincoln medal (not a coin), Netherlands 10 and 25 cents, BU one cent 1968 D and the two old Canada cents. I was like He also gave my sister a UNC Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz 1966 German coin. She was like

I'm confused. You came to the USA and purchased Canadian Coins? Sort of like me going to Canada to buy USA coins. And coin shops are all over the place.

Okay, so the guy was from Iran, he had visited all around the world (Canada, Netherlands, England) so he had to have collected a few coins from there.
Also sorry if I offended you in any way, I mostly meant when I was visiting the beach there, it was hot. In any way coin-wise, I would go to the Sun to get some, lol and mostly a nice coin show!

Quote: Anyway, tomorrow (the 26th) is my 14th birthday, yay! Hope I get some coins or something nice! WHAT? Your only 14 and have more coins from all over than someone collecting for many years. At the rate your accumulating coins, you'll be the richest coin collector on Earth soon. Suppose by 16 you'll be writting books on coins! Nice to have you here. We need someone to carry on for the next 90 years.

Hah, my dad introduced me to coin collecting when I was about ten. My first coin that I got, was one that I found in the sand near the swing at a park.
