Was at Barnes and Noble last night and they had the "hardcover" Red Book for $19.99, instead I bought a copy off ebay last night for $14.99 with free s&h so I will finally have a reference guide other than just the internet and this forum.

Are there any other books I should get? Does the CherryPickers Guide only show error coins and what not? or does it tell what other things in coins to look for? thanks

Cherry Pickers Guide is good but with a little searching you can find most of the info on the net

Your question is sort of depending on what coins you collect or plan on collecting. For example if you are only interested in Proof sets, not many books are so inclusive.
There are mamy, many books out there on almost any coin. If you want some ideas go to the Whitman Web site. Lots and lots of coin books.
Also, some dealers have books on their favoritee coins. Example is for Lincoln Cents you may want to go to https://www.coppercoins.com web site for his book on lincoln Cents.
At most of the coin shows I go to there is at least one table full of coin books. Then too there are several decent magazines on coins you may want to look into. Coin World.
