At least I think it is. Krause doesn't give weights for the 2 Kopek but this one weighs 8.6gr, 25 mm.

Nice coin, but in pretty bad condition although they are hard to find in good condition. I have similar coin from I think 1779 or 1778 but on reverse it doesn't have Saint George but Russian imperial coat of arms (eagle with crown).

Yes, while the 1 and 2 kopek show St. George, the large 5 kopek pieces feature the double-headed eagle.
