the only way you will know for sure is to send it in to be graded. If you are lucky you might get a coin that comes back no D is the reverse strong or weak? Lets see the whole coin front and back if you can
There's no need to identify, it's a 1922-D as that's the only cent made in 1922.
The pictures aren't good enough for me to tell if it's a weak D, no D or an altered coin. The first picture seems to show a depression about the MM area, which would mean it's probably been alteredl. I don't see it in the last picture. A lot of these have been ruined by people attempting to fake a no D.
