1 - the 1 and 9 being level at the top 2 - the start of the top of the 6
with these 2 pick-ups in mind, the small date is obvious to the naked eye knowing what to look for

That's DEFINATELY a small date.
Nice as far as hits, but the luster appears subdued and the coin is stained. MS-63RB
