Are you sure thats a small date,having a little trouble seeing it in your pic.

need clear closeups, however from another thread

with these 2 pick-ups in mind, the small date is obvious to the naked eye knowing what to look for

That's DEFINATELY a small date.

Nice as far as hits, but the luster appears subdued and the coin is stained. MS-63RB

I can spot a 1960SD from an airplane with the naked eye!
