Hi guys,
I ordered shoes on ebay from a Chinese company but somehow got a coin instead of shoes.
So, to see if I should return the coin or not, I went here to check the legitimacy of it. I did my own research and found that the design is the same to the 1986 silver eagle dollar, however, the date on the coin says 1900, which led me to ask of it's legitimacy.
If they are legitimate, what do you think is the worth?

I'm assuming you paid more than $1 for your shoes, and got switched with this non-existent "1900 dollar, 1 troy oz, etc"
There was a genuine US half dollar that resembles the front, but it wasn't issued until 1916
You coin is 100% fake, and most likely contains no silver at all, a curio worth $1 tops. Demand a refund asap--and I wouldn't do business with them again.

Come on counterfeiters, if you are going to fake coins atleast do a little research. These guys are the bottom sucking scum of the earth. Every time a coin is forged it damages the hobby a little bit more.

I agree, get a REAL job you counterfeiters.. You should've known, it came from China. They've been ripping us off for years. I mean no offense to anyone who is Chinese but I am strictly stating a fact in which I have experience on.

Sad excuse for a fake.... Not only does it look terrible, but 1900? Come on!

I'd be interested to know if your "coin" reacts to a magnet.

They must have mixed up the genuine silver dollar with the genuine Reeboks they meant to send you.

Even if the date wasn't off by 86 years, it would still be one of the worst fakes I've ever seen. They must make the counterfeit coins in the same factory where they make counterfeit shoes.

We warn newbie coin collectors to watch out for fake coins, I didn't know we had to warn shoe shoppers to watch out for fake coins...

Yeah--it's really a fantasy coin, the poorest of fakes, and the sort of thing you'd find in a curio shop 10+ years ago. I'd demand a better fake!
If I were to guess--this seller switched a bunch of these out for shoes, hoping buyers will think they got an ounce of silver, and not return it.

They may have meant it to be a 1990, but botched it completely. Lol.
