That is the Law Enforcement Memorial on the coin located at the street level of the Judiciary Square Metro Station in Washington, DC. Must have walked that area a couple a thousand times back in the day. About a block away, before they finished and opened up 395, we would go down and have Choir practice on a Saturday night after the shift. Fun times.
