Yes Sir they do have a bit of a premium to them
but as with all coins Grade and Condition Rule Price
especially with the Ike Series

PS I would also read the article in the link below to compare your coin to,
from the photo I see a couple of characteristics of a "Partial Peg Leg Proof" not sure if it is the way the coin is lit

reports67 check out the second site on stewart's reply.

The peg leg are on the proof Proof IKEs is from over polishing the die to keep the proof mirror finish as the die wears.

The left leg of the are gets smaller as the die wears.

I think.
